Directions 

  1. In a bowl, mix the spices with dried thyme.

  2. Evenly coat each steak with this seasoning blend.

  3. Drizzle olive oil (about 1 tsp) over the steaks.

  4. Grill on high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or your preferred doneness.

  5. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before serving.
